Return & Exchange Policy

At WildAda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with original tags and packaging.

  • All items must be returned in one package.

  • Returns must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Only items shipped within the same country as the original delivery address are eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Defective or damaged items are always eligible for return or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
  • Return shipping and any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • We do not offer free return shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • In the case of a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at help@wildada.com and provide the following information:
  1. Order number

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. Photo or video of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once approved, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with the receipt included and ship them to the following address:

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
